The DD-05DL electric crawler drilling rig is an electric-driven power head crawler drilling rig independently developed by Hebei Yongming Group to meet the needs of shallow water wells, geothermal air conditioning drilling, and other industries. The rig has a simple structure, reasonable layout, and small dimensions, making it easy to transport; the operation of the rig is centralized, simple, convenient, flexible, and reliable, greatly reducing labor intensity; it has advantages such as high drilling efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, stable performance, and reliable quality.
★ The design and manufacturing of the drilling rig strictly adhere to ISO9001, IS014001, and APIQ1 quality control and environmental control procedures.
★ The power head, mud pump, and main winch of the drilling rig are independently driven by AC variable frequency motors, mainly consisting of the power head, crawler chassis, drill pipe power tongs, hydraulic system, derrick, mud circulation system, drilling control system, and drill pipe manipulator system.
★ The entire drilling rig is operated by two people, the main driller is responsible for controlling the drilling rig to drill, and the assistant driller is responsible for controlling the drill pipe manipulator and tool hoist.
★ The derrick, main winch, power head, electric control system, hydraulic station, and screw pump are centrally arranged on the belt chassis, with a horizontal piston mud pump paired with a simple independent trailer chassis for easy transportation.
★ The drilling efficiency of the rig in suitable strata for geothermal air conditioning drilling at a depth of 500 meters is no less than one well per day.
