The buffer manipulator is an automated device used to push and support the lower end of a single/standpipe, facilitating the transfer of the single/standpipe between the wellhead, mouse hole, and ramp gate. It uses electric-controlled hydraulic remote control to achieve actions such as supporting and extending the manipulator, replacing conventional manual operations for pushing and supporting the lower end of the pipe column, and aligning the pipe column with the wellhead, mouse hole, and pushing to the ramp gate. The claw head adopts a three-roller support form, which not only ensures that the pipe column will not slip out of the claw head but also allows the pipe column to slide freely up and down, adapting to a wide range of drill tool specifications, thus improving the work efficiency and operational safety of lifting single pipes, establishing roots, and releasing drill tools.
