    Professional Emergency Rescue

    This vehicle-mounted drilling rig is specially designed for emergency rescue, featuring the following technical characteristics:

    ① Adopts vehicle-mounted main engine + modular design technology, with outstanding rapid response capability. Once a rescue task is received during construction, it can depart within two hours and start drilling at the rescue site within two hours.

    ② Maximum hole diameter of 1.2m, maximum lifting and load capacity of 1800kN, facilitating the construction of large-diameter rescue holes.

    ③ Top drive continuous drilling torque of 22kN.m, maximum torque of 35kN.m, maximum lifting speed of the traveling car is 0.667m/s, providing rapid hole formation capability for large-diameter drilling.

    ④ Can be equipped with drilling pumps or air compressors according to process requirements. In addition to mud circulation, it can also be suitable for air-lift reverse circulation, positive circulation down-the-hole hammers, reverse circulation down-the-hole hammers, and other air (foam) drilling processes, meeting the complex working conditions required for emergency rescue.

    ⑤ Can adopt "suspension impact" process, with constant pressure automatic drilling accuracy ≤3kN, effectively controlling well deviation, reducing correction times, and achieving rapid and accurate tunneling.

    Wide Application Fields

    This vehicle-mounted drilling rig has a large lifting capacity (1800kN), large hole diameter (1.2m), and large drilling torque (35kN.m), providing strong construction and accident handling capabilities. In addition to emergency rescue, it can also be applied to grouting holes in coal mines within 3000 meters, geothermal wells, oil and gas wells, and large-diameter drilling construction within 1000 meters.

    It is equipped with a 2.2m (height customizable) drilling platform, facilitating the installation of grouting joints at the wellhead during grouting hole construction; convenient for loading and unloading large diameter drill bits during large-diameter drilling; and can install blowout preventers at the wellhead during oil and gas well construction.

    Energy Saving, Safe, and Efficient

    ① The vehicle-mounted drilling rig is equipped with drilling pumps, top drives, and main hoists, all using AC variable frequency electric drive. Among them, the top drive and drilling pump adopt rare earth permanent magnet synchronous motor direct drive technology, which is more efficient than hydraulic drive. When using grid electricity, energy savings can reach over 60%. When using diesel generators without grid electricity, energy savings can reach 10% to 30%, being green and environmentally friendly, effectively reducing carbon emissions.

    The vehicle-mounted drilling rig is equipped with digital detection technology and a complete safety protection program (triple brakes, two collision prevention systems, etc.), helping the driller monitor downhole parameters (drilling pressure, well depth, mud flow rate, mud pressure, drill bit torque, rotation speed, etc.) and equipment operating status (temperature at key points, voltage and current of the motor, etc.), effectively preventing downhole accidents. It also comes with a complete drill string handling system, which can effectively prevent accidents during wellhead operations.

    The vehicle-mounted drilling rig adopts a two-speed winch + lifting ring clamping mode for drilling operations, where the top drive spindle does not need to be connected to the drilling tools. Compared to the full hydraulic drilling rig's power head tilting mode, the efficiency of drilling operations can be improved by more than 20%, and it can also avoid frequent disconnections that cause damage to the threads of the drilling tools, thus extending the life of the drilling tools.

    High degree of automation

    The vehicle-mounted drilling rig is equipped with a dual-position driller's cabin, and the main winch, top drive, and drilling pump use AC variable frequency electric drive. The top drive and drilling pump also use water cooling technology, which can significantly reduce noise at the construction site and effectively improve the working environment for the driller and wellhead workers.

    The vehicle-mounted drilling rig has two automatic drilling modes: constant pressure and constant speed, and is equipped with a complete automatic drill string handling system. With 2 drillers and 1 wellhead assistant (monitoring equipment operation), the drilling rig can operate normally. The degree of automation is very high, which can greatly reduce the heavy physical labor caused by frequent lifting and lowering of this single operation drilling rig.
