The ZJ50/3150 oil drilling rig can be used for drilling operations up to 5000 meters (114mm drill pipe) and can be fully dragged when drilling cluster wells. It is suitable for the exploration and development of oil, gas, and water wells, and this rig features a simple structure, easy operation, and durability. Currently, there are five models produced: ZJ50/3150J (belt truck); ZJ50/3150L (chain truck); ZJ50/3150LDB (composite drilling rig); ZJ50/3150DZ (DC drilling rig); ZJ50/3150 DB (frequency conversion drilling rig).
The ZJ50/3150L rig is mechanically driven, powered by a diesel engine + reducer, transmitting power to the winch through a chain truck, and driving the turntable via a climbing universal joint; the ZJ50/3150J rig is powered by a diesel engine + reducer, transmitting power to the winch through a belt truck, and driving the turntable via the intermediate shaft of the winch. The ZJ50/3150LDB rig is a composite drive rig, with the turntable driven by an AC variable frequency motor, and other features are basically the same as the ZJ50/3150L. The ZJ50/3150DB rig is an AC variable frequency electric drive rig with a single-shaft winch.
