The ZJ40/2250 oil drilling rig can be used for drilling operations from 2500 meters to 4000 meters (114mm drill pipe), and can be fully dragged when drilling cluster wells. This rig features a simple structure, easy operation, and durability. Currently, there are four models produced: ZJ40/2250J (belt truck); ZJ40/2250L (chain truck); ZJ40/2250LDB (composite rig); ZJ40/2250J DB (frequency conversion rig).
The ZJ40/2250L rig is mechanically driven, powered by a diesel engine + reducer, transmitting power to the winch through a chain truck, and driving the turntable via a climbing universal joint; the ZJ40/2250J rig is powered by a diesel engine + reducer, transmitting power to the winch through a belt truck, and driving the turntable via the winch's intermediate shaft.
