The 3000-meter series oil drilling rig produced by Hebei Yongming is designed and manufactured according to the requirements for developing deep oil and gas wells, coalbed methane wells, geothermal wells, shale gas wells, etc. This rig features a simple structure, easy operation, and durability. Currently, there are four models produced: ZJ30/1700; ZJ30/1700J (belt flat car); ZJ30/1700L (chain parallel car); ZJ30/1700DB (frequency conversion drilling rig).
The ZJ30/1700 oil drilling rig is mechanically driven, powered by a diesel engine + reducer. The speed is converted to 4 forward and 1 reverse through gear transmission in the gearbox, with a reasonable distribution of gears and high power utilization. The output shaft of the gearbox transmits power to the winch via a chain, and the intermediate shaft of the gearbox drives the ZP175 turntable through the intermediate shaft of the winch. The gear shifting in the gearbox is done pneumatically.
