The drill floor manipulator is a high-tech product integrating mechanical and electrical integration. It is a drill floor stands placement device installed on the setback and can perform drill pipe stands placement, drill collar stands placement, and casing placement operations. The device is equipped with an L-shaped track. When transporting drilling tools from the catwalk to the drill floor, the drill floor manipulator moves within the L-shaped track to the right of the setback, near the ramp, to avoid the tool passage. This device solves the current problems of manual stands placement on the drill floor, which are low in efficiency, labor-intensive, and highly dangerous, thereby significantly improving the mechanization and intelligence of the drilling rig.
