Structural Characteristics
★ Uses "L-type mechanical drive drilling rig" and "J-type mechanical drive drilling rig" to meet different drilling conditions. The power distribution is reasonable, and the power utilization rate is high.
★ The drawworks has two forms: internal speed change and external speed change. For drilling rigs over 2000m, the drawworks shifting uses coaxial clutch with pneumatic remote control, making operation convenient. The main brake uses belt brake or hydraulic disc brake, while the auxiliary brake uses electromagnetic eddy current brake.
★ For rigs over 4000m, the main rig adopts a "high front and low rear" layout, with the power and transmission system installed at a low position, transmitting power to the drill floor to drive the rotray table and cathead winch through bevel gear box and cardan shaft.
★ Equipped with sand reel, mechanical friction cathead, and rotary table drive device.
★ Equipped with an independent drilling control room. Gas, electricity, liquid control, and drilling instruments are uniformly arranged, allowing the driller to complete all operations from within the room.
★ Equipped with an independent motor automatic drilling system.
★ Equipped with a top drive drilling device.
