The ZJ40/2250 oil drilling rig can be used for drilling operations from 2500 meters to 4000 meters (114mm drill pipe), and can be fully dragged when drilling cluster wells. This rig features a simple structure, easy operation, and durability. Currently, there are four models produced: ZJ40/2250J (belt truck); ZJ40/2250L (chain truck); ZJ40/2250LDB (composite rig); ZJ40/2250J DB (frequency conversion rig).
The ZJ40/2250L oil drilling rig is mechanically driven, powered by diesel engine unit and reducer. It is transformed into a speed of 4 forward and 1 reverse through gear transmission in the gearbox. The output shaft of the gearbox transmits power to the drawworks through chains, and the intermediate shaft of the gearbox drives the ZP175 rotary table through the drawworks intermediate shaft. The shifting of the gearbox is pneumatic.
