The 2000-meter series oil drilling rig produced by Hebei Yongming is designed and manufactured according to the requirements for developing deep oil and gas wells, coalbed methane wells, geothermal wells, shale gas wells, and others. This rig features a simple structure, easy operation, and durability. Currently, there are four models produced:
ZJ20/1350; ZJ20/1350DJ (AC drilling rig); ZJ20/1350DZ (DC drilling rig); ZJ20/1350DB (frequency conversion drilling rig).
The ZJ20/1350 oil drilling rig is mechanically driven, powered by diesel engine unit and reducer. It is transformed into a speed of 4 forward and 1 reverse through gear transmission in the gearbox. The output shaft of the gearbox transmits power to the drawworks through chains, and the intermediate shaft of the gearbox drives the ZP175 rotary table through the drawworks intermediate shaft. The shifting of the gearbox is pneumatic.
