The ZJ50/3150 oil drilling rig can be used for drilling operations up to 5000 meters (114mm drill pipe) and can be fully dragged when drilling cluster wells. It is suitable for the exploration and development of oil, gas, and water wells, and this rig features a simple structure, easy operation, and durability. There are currently five models in production: ZJ50/3150J (Belt Transfer Drilling Rigs); ZJ50/3150L (Chain Drive Drilling Rigs); ZJ50/3150LDB (Compound Drilling Rigs); ZJ50/3150DZ (DC Drilling Rigs); ZJ50/3150 DB (Frequency Conversion Drilling Rig).
The ZJ50/3150L drilling rig is mechanically driven, powered by diesel engine + reducer, transmitting power to the drawworks through chain compound box, and driving the rotary table via climbing cardan shaft; the ZJ50/3150J rig is powered by diesel engine + reducer, transmitting power to the drawworks through a pulley compound box, and driving the rotary table via the intermediate shaft of the drawworks. The ZJ50/3150LDB rig is compound drive drilling rig, with the rotary table driven by an AC variable frequency motor, and other features are basically the same as the ZJ50/3150L. The ZJ50/3150DB rig is an AC variable frequency electric drive rig with a single-shaft drawworks.
