The 3HB series mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump, suitable for drilling, grouting, and workover operations in petroleum, water wells, geothermal, coalbed gas, shale gas, coalfield exploration, frozen wells, and other mining enterprises. It is used for transporting mud, clay slurry, grout, and other media. This pump adopts internationally advanced technology, featuring a reasonable structure, advanced technology, reliable use, good suction performance, long service life of wear parts, good interchangeability, and ease of maintenance.
This grouting pump features a long stroke, low pump speed, and large cylinder sleeve. It has a larger displacement at the same pump speed and a lower pump speed at the same displacement. The long stroke can effectively improve suction performance, and the low pump speed can significantly extend the service life of wear parts. The configuration of a ceramic cylinder sleeve can significantly reduce downtime for maintenance, especially when applied in grouting conditions, providing outstanding advantages.
