The DD-20DK modular electric top drive drilling rig is independently developed and designed by Hebei Yongming Geological Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. It mainly consists of drilling platform module, main engine module, derrick module, mud pump module, generator module, and tool room module (provided by the customer). It features the convenience of modular drilling rig for site transportation and installation, and has characteristics such as high load capacity and long-time continuous reliable operation to meet drilling operation needs.
The drilling platform module mainly consists of the drilling platform base, driller's operation room, mud umbrella, air source device, ramp, railing, and power tongs.
The main engine module mainly consists of VFD room, hydraulic water cooling station, winch, lifting oil cylinder, backend skid base, dead rope fixer, hydraulic winch, and ropes.
The derrick module includes the derrick body, top drive device, drag chain, and fall prevention device. The slip can be selected according to user needs.
The working height of the DD-20DK drilling rig is 32.5m, with a maximum rated static hook load of 750kN and a maximum nominal drilling depth of 2000m (89 drill pipe 19m standing root).
