  • The DBS30 electric drilling rig utilizes internationally advanced variable frequency control technology combined with international petroleum machinery technology. This rig is a new type of intelligent drilling machine developed by our company based on the mature technology of the ZJ-50DB electric drilling rig, widely absorbing and referencing mature international petroleum machinery technology. It is widely used in drilling construction projects for geothermal, coalbed gas, shale gas, and shallow to medium-depth oil.

    The DBS30 electric drilling rig has the following main features:

    The variable frequency motor braking allows for wear-free auxiliary braking, with no component wear and noise pollution.

    The energy-saving and consumption-reducing characteristics of variable frequency drive significantly reduce the total drilling cost.

    The accurate detection and control performance of variable frequency drive effectively improves the adaptability of the drilling process.

    The independent, modular, and lightweight design of the execution unit facilitates installation, disassembly, and transportation.

    Digitalization, remote visualization, centralized control, reduced labor intensity, reduced personnel requirements, improved control accuracy, and enhanced operational safety.

    Turntable features: Uses the ZP-175 turntable, which allows for stepless speed regulation and setting of rated torque.

    Turntable inertia brake: The turntable is equipped with a pneumatic inertia brake to prevent the turntable from rotating due to inertia and the reverse reaction force of the drill rod.

    Winch features: The winch can achieve stepless speed regulation in both high and low gears, with maximum lifting in low gear and maximum speed in high gear.

    Anti-collision control: Can automatically stop lifting at a set height, with the brake tightly engaged.

    Feedback braking: The lowering of the drilling tool relies on variable frequency motor braking, allowing for wear-free auxiliary braking, with no component wear and noise pollution.

    Digital control: Achieved through PLC, touch screen, and instrument system for intelligent drilling control.
