The DB30 multifunctional drilling rig utilizes variable frequency control technology combined with mechanical transmission to achieve automated drilling. This rig is a new type of electric drilling machine developed based on our company's XY-8B rig, widely absorbing and referencing mature domestic oil drilling technology. It can be used for small diameter deep core exploration, as well as large diameter alloy drilling and water source drilling, and is widely applied in geological exploration, hydrology wells, coal fields, oil and gas field exploration, and other construction fields.
This drilling rig has the following main features:
① The variable frequency motor braking can achieve non-wear auxiliary braking, with no component wear and noise pollution.
② The energy-saving and consumption-reducing characteristics of variable frequency drive significantly reduce the total cost of drilling.
③ The variable frequency drive accurately detects control performance, effectively improving the adaptability of the drilling process.
④ The independent, modular, and lightweight design of the execution unit facilitates installation, disassembly, and transportation.
