The 3ZB series grouting pump is mainly used to pump various non-corrosive viscous and non-viscous liquids (such as water, mud, etc.), especially suitable for grouting at the working face of vertical shafts, coal mine bottom plate renovation grouting, goaf filling, coal mine water inrush control, etc. It can also be used for pre-grouting at working faces that adapt to the well depth.
This grouting pump is a three-cylinder single-acting plunger type high-pressure pump with a trestle as the installation base. It is driven by a motor, and the intermediate transmission device uses a world-class gearbox. The gearbox structure is compact and can be multi-speed adjusted to achieve different flow rates and pressures to meet the use of different strata pumping. In addition, the pump also has the advantages of advanced structure, reliable use, good suction performance, long service life of wearing parts, good interchangeability, and easy maintenance.
