The 5HB series grouting pump is a five-cylinder piston variable pump, featuring smooth operation, large flow, reliable work, and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for pumping various mildly corrosive viscous and non-viscous liquids (such as clean water, mud, etc.). It can be applied in shaft working face grouting, filling of mined-out areas in coal mines, and water burst treatment in coal mines, providing flushing fluid for geological engineering drilling processes in coalfields, metallurgy, and hydrology, and can also be used for pre-grouting at working faces adapted to well depth.
★ The crankshaft is made of alloy steel forgings, with all surfaces fully machined, high strength, and good dynamic balance performance, suitable for higher stroke operations;
★ Optimized pump shell design, more compact structure, main materials selected from American standard grades, stable mechanical properties;
★ The power end adopts a combination of forced lubrication and splash oil collection lubrication, equipped with oil temperature and oil pressure sensors for reliable lubrication;
★ Reliable intermediate tie rod seal;
★ The "three rods" (intermediate tie rod, short rod, and piston rod) design allows for easy replacement of the piston without disassembling the cylinder sleeve;
★ The valve cover seal adopts a conical surface sealing structure, ensuring reliable sealing;
★ Compared to three-cylinder pumps, five-cylinder pumps have the characteristic of uniform flow, with fluctuations of only 7%. In certain working conditions, the air discharge bag can be omitted;
★ Equipped with electronic overpressure protection device and mechanical safety valve for double insurance.
