The 5ZB-4000/15A grouting pump is suitable for pumping various mildly corrosive viscous and non-viscous liquids (such as clean water, mud, coal gangue slurry, cement slurry, fly ash slurry, etc.). It is especially suitable for grouting in vertical shaft working faces, filling in coal mine goaf areas, and managing water inrush in coal mines. It can also be used for pre-grouting in working faces that are compatible with the depth of the well.

  • The 5ZB-4000/15A grouting pump is suitable for pumping various mildly corrosive viscous and non-viscous liquids (such as clean water, slurry, coal gangue slurry, cement slurry, fly ash slurry, etc.), especially suitable for grouting in vertical shaft working faces, filling in coal mine goaf, and managing sudden water inflow in coal mines. It can also be used for pre-grouting in working faces that match the well depth.

    The 5ZB-4000/15A grouting pump is specifically designed for backfilling grouting operations in domestic coal mines, with the following technical advantages:

    ★ The five-cylinder single-acting plunger pump features a large displacement, low pump pulse, long stroke, good suction performance, uniform displacement, small pressure fluctuations, and stable operation. The overall structure of the pump unit is compact, small in size, lightweight, and occupies a small area, resulting in low transportation costs, making it especially suitable for sites with limited installation space.

    ★ The plunger pump has undergone "one million" shaping tests to ensure reliable product performance. The pump unit is equipped with an intelligent electronic overpressure protection device, forming a double insurance with the mechanical safety valve. The liquid cylinder material and structure have been optimized, developing a high-strength liquid cylinder that has a service life twice that of similar products.

    ★ The displacement and pressure fluctuation amplitude of the five-cylinder structure are smaller than that of the three-cylinder pump. Without an air discharge bag, the pressure fluctuation can be reduced to within 7%, eliminating the need for an air discharge bag.

    ★ The suction and discharge pipeline structure has been optimized to avoid "dead spots" and prevent pipeline blockage caused by prolonged grouting. The surface of the plunger is coated with high-performance wear-resistant alloy material, increasing its service life.

    ★ The suction and discharge valves use a conical valve structure, with a large flow area, low hydraulic loss, stable operation, and low noise.

    ★ The valve cover and cylinder head, which are frequently disassembled, use a large diameter and large pitch pressure plate for easy disassembly, avoiding the issue of similar products having valve covers and cylinder heads secured by multiple nuts, which can loosen due to insufficient tightening torque, causing nuts to fly off and injure people.

    ★ The crankshaft is forged from high-quality alloy steel, lightweight, with no impact or imbalance, fully machined for good balance, small rotational inertia, and smooth operation.

    ★ The gear shaft and large gear ring are made of high-strength alloy steel, with an overall herringbone tooth structure for smooth transmission.

    ★ The pump shell structure design has been optimized for a more compact structure, welded from high-quality structural steel, effectively improving the overall stability of the pump. Bearings, bushings, and seals are all from internationally renowned brands.

    ★ A combination of forced lubrication and splash lubrication is used to improve lubrication effectiveness, with forced oil supply to the small/large end bushings of the connecting rod, delaying wear in weak links and increasing lifespan. The main materials are selected from American standard grades, providing more stable mechanical properties.
