The NBB series mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump, primarily using mud as the flushing fluid, but also compatible with clean water, coal water, clay slurry, fly ash slurry, gangue slurry, cement slurry, etc. Due to the use of a multi-speed transmission device, it can meet the special requirements of various geological conditions and different drilling processes. It is suitable for the needs of hard alloy and diamond drilling in deep drilling, as well as for the geological, metallurgical, and hydrological drilling needs in the coal industry.
★ This mud pump is a horizontal three-cylinder single-acting piston pump.
★ The helical gear drive has low noise, no axial force, and more durable bearings.
★ The oversized crankcase design uses the same model of large mud pump bearings, ensuring the durability of the equipment under long-term high-pressure operation.
★ Adopts API standards, with a welded frame structure, lightweight and high strength.
★ L-shaped integral forged pump head retains the advantage of easy replacement of wear parts, improves the pressure safety of the pump head, eliminates casting air holes and sand holes, and prevents water leakage and cylinder piercing.
★ Minimizes the openings in the pump head high-pressure chamber, with no cylinder sleeve pressure cap, eliminating sealing issues.
★ Rear cylinder sleeve structure (bimetal cylinder sleeve), with different outer diameters in two sections, and a tapered inner diameter of the cylinder sleeve seat, making disassembly and assembly very convenient; the cylinder sleeve can be removed or installed with just a 30 mm movement.
★ The connecting rod uses advanced foreign technology, making piston replacement very convenient; just loosen the clamp bolt to remove the piston, and after assembling the piston assembly, it can be installed as a whole. This reduces auxiliary time by 70% compared to ordinary mud pumps.
★ Multi-speed gearbox allows for adjustable flow rates.
