  • The new electric driven core top drive drilling rig independently developed by Hebei Yongming is suitable for mineral exploration and coalfield geological exploration within a range of 1000-2000meters. It has the characteristics of high construction efficiency, high core recovery rate, high drilling verticality, and low labor intensity for workers. Compared with conventional vertical axis or fully hydraulic crawler drilling rigs, this series of drilling rigs has the following features:
    ★Abandon the kelly and adopt top drive drilling technology, cancel the action of the guide rod, and use stand drilling in non core formations, improve drilling efficiency;
    ★The upper and lower sliding of the top drive is driven by hydraulic cylinders, which can achieve
    precise control of drilling pressure by adding and reducing pressure during drilling;
    ★Adopting a load dual channel design scheme,the top drive can make way for the wellhead during tripping in &out. Drawworks is used in conjunction with traveling block to ensure high efficiency of traditional drilling rigs.
    ★The mud pump, drawworks, and top drive adopt the most advanced rare earth permanent magnet electric direct drive technology, simplifying the transmission chain and improving transmission efficiency, reducing equipment failure downtime rate.
    ★Equipped with driller's control cabin to improve the working environment for drillers;
    ★The whole machine adopts modular design and can also choose trailer type to improve moving
    efficiency;
    ★The mast is high with monkey board, and uses stand to tripping in&out to ensure drilling
    efficiency;
    ★Equipped with a dedicated mechanical arm with a control system, it can achieve automated single strand connection actions, reducing the labor intensity.
    ★The substructure adopts a front high and back low stepped structure, which facilitates the
    wellhead workers to not bend down and unscrew the drilling tools, reducing the labor intensity of workers;
    ★Adopting a centralized driller control method, the hydraulic, electrical, video surveillance, and
    drilling instruments of the drilling rig are centrally installed in the driller's control cabin to improve working environment for drillers.
    ★Equipped with digital detection technology, real-time monitoring and storage of data such as well depth, drill bit position, hook load, bit pressure, traveling block height, pump pressure, pump volume, speed, torque, etc. can be achieved. Real time monitoring of equipment operation status, including key bearing temperature, power head lifting pressure, hydraulic disc brake status of direct drive drawworks, and traveling block pulling force during lifting.
    ★The electronic control system is equipped with comprehensive protection functions,including anti-collision and anti smashing of the traveling block,speed limit of the drawworks joystick, tension limit, low-speed release of reverse torque, motor overload, stall, etc., to avoid drilling accidents caused by human operation errors and improve operation safety.
