  • The new electric-driven core top drive drilling rig independently developed by Hebei Yongming is suitable for mineral exploration and coalfield geological exploration drilling in the range of 1000 to 2000 meters. It features high construction efficiency, high core recovery rate, high borehole verticality, and low labor intensity for workers. Compared to conventional vertical shaft or fully hydraulic crawler drilling rigs, this series of drilling rigs has the following characteristics:

    ★ Abandoning square drill rods, adopting top drive drilling technology, eliminating guide rod actions, and using vertical root drilling in non-core sampling formations to improve drilling efficiency;

    ★ The sliding of the top drive up and down is driven by hydraulic cylinders, allowing for precise control of drilling pressure during both pressurization and depressurization;

    ★ Adopting a load dual-channel design, during the up and down drilling process, the top drive can clear the wellhead, using a winch in conjunction with a traveling block to maintain the high efficiency of traditional drilling rigs;

    ★ The mud pump, winch, and top drive use the most advanced rare earth permanent magnet direct drive technology, simplifying the transmission chain, improving transmission efficiency, and reducing equipment failure downtime;

    ★ Equipped with standard drilling control room for engineering machinery, improving the working environment for drillers;

    ★ The entire machine adopts a modular design and can also choose a trailer mode to improve relocation efficiency;

    ★ The rig adopts a high rig with a two-layer platform, using vertical root drilling to ensure drilling efficiency;

    ★ Equipped with a dedicated mechanical arm, in conjunction with the control system, it can achieve automated single rod handling, reducing labor intensity for workers;

    ★ The base structure adopts a front-high and rear-low stepped structure, making it convenient for workers at the mouth of the well to unscrew and remove drilling tools without bending over, reducing labor intensity;

    ★ Adopting a centralized drilling control method, the drilling rig's hydraulic, electrical control, video monitoring, and drilling instruments are centrally installed in the drilling control room, improving the working environment for drillers;

    ★ Equipped with digital detection technology to achieve real-time monitoring and storage of data such as hole depth, drill bit position, hook load, drilling pressure, traveling block height, pump pressure, pump volume, rotation speed, and torque. Real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, including bearing temperature at key points, power head lifting pressure, direct drive winch hydraulic disc brake status, and traveling block pulling force during drilling;

    ★ The electrical control system is equipped with comprehensive protection functions, including preventing the traveling block from colliding upwards or dropping down, winch handle speed limiting, pulling force limiting, reverse torque low-speed release, motor overload, and stalling, avoiding drilling accidents caused by human operational errors and improving construction safety.
