The DD-10JT fast move top drive drilling rig independently developed by Hebei Yongming Group is specialized for shallow resource extraction. It is mainly used in various drilling fields such as geothermal wells, grouting holes, water wells, and underground immersion holes. This drilling rig is suitable for mud positive circulation drilling technology and has the characteristics of fast movement, safety and reliability, energy saving and environmental protection, fast drilling speed, and good well hole quality.
★Using top drive instead of rotary table, and adopting stand drilling, which are convenient for tripping in &out, with long-distance reaming to improve construction efficiency and reduce the incidence of accidents during the tripping in&out process;
★Adopting a trailer type design, the folding mast,top drive, drawworks, hydraulic power station, electrical control cabinet, pipe arrangement manipulator and other equipment are integrated on one trailer for easy transportation;
★The pipe arrangement manipulator can automatically deliver the drill pipe to the wellhead. During normal construction, the drill pipe can be placed on the pipe arrangement manipulator for standby,improving the efficiency of connecting pipes.
★Equipped with top drive, specialized lifting tools, and wellhead hydraulic power tongs, suitable for conventional non milling square drilling tools, ensuring a drilling efficiency of≥20 pieces/hour.
★Equipped with a simple power catwalk, one labor can be saved during tripping in&out and significantly reduce labor intensity.
★Single drawworks construction still does not require kelly. The drawworks structure is simple, stable, and reliable in performance.
★Equipped with specialized thin-walled large-diameter drilling tools, matched with corresponding screw drill tools and large displacement drilling mud pumps, and the operation efficiency is high.Product Parameters
