DD-05DL electric crawler drilling rig is an electric-driven power head crawler drilling rig independently developed by Hebei Yongming Group, meets the needs of shallow water wells, geothermal air conditioning drilling and other industries. The drilling rig has simple structure, reasonable layout, small overall size and convenient to transport. The operation is centralized, simple, convenient, flexible and reliable, which greatly reduces the labor intensity. It has the advantages of high drilling efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, stable performance and reliable quality.
★ The design and manufacturing are strictly implemented according to ISO9001, ISO14001 and API Q1 quality control and environmental control procedures.
★ The power head, mud pump and drawworks are independently driven by AC variable frequency motors, which are mainly composed of power head, crawler chassis, drill pipe power tongs, hydraulic system, mast, mud circulation system, driller control system and drill pipe manipulator system.
★ The whole rig is operated by the main driller and the assistant driller. The main driller is responsible for drilling operation, and the assistant driller is responsible for controlling the drill pipe manipulator and the tool winch.
★Mast, drawworks, power head, electric control system, hydraulic station and screw pump are centrally arranged on crawler chassis, and a horizontal piston mud pump is equipped with a simple independent trailer chassis for convenient transportation.
