The new truck-mounted electric drive top drive drilling rig independently developed by Hebei Yongming can be put on the road and has the characteristics of low procurement and construction costs, quick response and strong construction capabilities, high degree of automation and digitization. It is suitable for oi and gas, geothermal development, and coal mine area governance grouting hole construction within the range of 2000-3000 meters. It can also be applied to large-diameter coal mines with a maximum diameter of 1.2 meters and various emergency rescue drilling construction. Compared with traditional hydraulic drilling rigs, this series of drilling rigs also has the following characteristics:
★Designed according to the GB/T 23505 "Petroleum Drilling and Workover Rigs" standard, the lifting and bearing system has a high safety factor, strong overload capacity, and strong accident handling ability.
★ The top drive adopts a large-diameter main shaft, combined with a buffer device, to meet the requirements of various construction processes such as mud, air circulation, and reverse circulation.
★Adopting modular design, the whole machine is divided into several independent modules including the truck-mounted main rig, drilling platform, power catwalk, and pipe racking, which are convenient for moving and transportation.
★The drawworks adopts AC variable frequency electric drive, and the fop drive adopts rare earth permanent magnet motor direct drive structure, which has high transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, stable operation, and low failure rate, reducing overall drilling construction costs and improving the profitability of drilling rig construction.
★ The elevator link and elevator are used in conjunction with a two-stage drawworks for tripping in&out, with a maximum speed of240m/h; According to the working conditions, customers can also choose a double column high mast, with a maximum speed of up to 500m/h.
