    1. Uses rare earth permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct drive motor, water-cooled, with an efficiency of up to 90%. Eliminates the high-failure gearbox structure, greatly reducing equipment failure rate.

    2. The hoist uses asynchronous variable frequency direct drive motor, improving efficiency by 10%. The low-speed high-torque characteristics of the direct drive motor ensure the hoist's lifting capacity. Especially at zero speed, the hoist can still output rated pulling force, which is significant for handling downhole accidents. Low failure rate reduces maintenance time by 30%, improving drilling operation time utilization.

    3. The mud pump uses a permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency direct drive motor, eliminating the intermediate gearbox transmission and drive belt, improving efficiency by 10%.

    4. The rig has hydraulic drilling and electric hoist dual operation channels, allowing for separate operations while also having the function of linked lifting of drilling tools. A linear positioning robotic arm can be installed on the side of the rig, eliminating the need for personnel on the second layer platform during normal drilling.

    5. The rig is equipped with a second layer platform, allowing for three drill rods to drill simultaneously, improving lifting and drilling efficiency.

    6. The drilling control room adopts a mature solution from oil drilling rigs, featuring intuitive real-time display of operational data and the ability to set multiple redundancy protections.

    7. Uses multiple sensors to monitor the equipment's operating status in real-time. This includes monitoring the temperature of bearings at key locations, hydraulic pressure monitoring of the direct drive power head lifting, monitoring the braking status of the direct drive hoist hydraulic disc brake, and monitoring the pulling force of the traveling car during drilling.
