From the characteristics of mud pumps, power is equal to the product of flow rate and pressure, and flow rate is proportional to the stroke of the mud pump. When the stroke of the mud pump decreases, the flow rate decreases, and under the same pressure, the corresponding power consumption decreases proportionally; when the pressure is below the rated pressure, the reduction in power consumption is even more significant. Setting the flow rate according to actual working conditions can significantly reduce energy consumption.

The direct drive mud pump has no belt or chain transmission, significantly reducing vibration and noise, greatly improving the working environment for workers.
★ Intelligent control
For ordinary pump units, if you want to change the mud flow rate, you must replace the mud pump cylinder sleeve and piston specifications; if the pressure allows, the direct drive mud pump can directly change the mud flow rate by adjusting the motor speed. The motor's control system can also be directly integrated into the comprehensive control console of the drilling rig, making it more convenient and intelligent to control the mud pump.
